ORDERS

 CAN I SUPPLY MY OWN GIFTS?

Yes, you can supply your own gifts. Please complete your details in the CONTACT US  section and we will make contact with you within 2-3 business days to arrange this.

DO YOU PROVIDE EMPTY GIFTS BASES?
We would prefer that you drop your gifts to us, so that we can create the gift for you and put the finishing touches on the gift.

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED FOR AN ORDER?
We require at least 2-3 days notice for an order to be arranged.

CARE FOR YOUR BALLOON

HANDLE & CARE
Store at room temperature and avoid extreme temperatures.
Keep out of direct sunlight, air conditioning and wind.

HOW LONG WILL THE BALLOON LAST?
The balloons will look their best for 3-5 days, however they can last up to several weeks (even many months), depending on the temperature settings.

PICK UP & DELIVERY OPTIONS

PICK UP
We offer pick up from Jimboomba, Queensland at a pre-arranged time made with us.

DELIVERIES
We offer delivery on selected item (minimum orders apply)

Our gifts are sensitive to the elements and therefore no responsibility will be taken if theft, damage or loss should occur, when left at the customers home.
